The House Energy and Commerce committee is hosting a mark-up tomorrow, Wednesday, April 25th that may mean the end of precious dollars that make up the largest source of dedicated funding for prevention and public health. The Prevention and Public Health Fund saves lives and reduces costs. The proposal at stake on Wednesday would not only eliminate the Fund entirely, it would also rescind the Fund’s unobligated dollars.
