If you’ve been reading the news this week and have an interest in making the streets safer and more accessible to bikers, pedestrians and programs that enable safer routes for children to walk to school; you may have noticed that Governor Gregoire’s $3.6 billion transportation plan makes no mention of any active form of transportation.
